This site helps New Yorkers find services to prevent or treat H1N1 influenza ("swine flu"). You can use it to:

- Find a weekend vaccine site (see priority groups below)
- Find a health center where you can get vaccinated
- Find a treatment center for influenza-like illness if you don't have your own doctor
- Find a nearby pharmacy to fill a prescription

| The weekend vaccination sites are serving the following priority groups: |
- Pregnant women
- Anyone 4 through 24 years old*
- People 25 through 64 with health conditions that make flu more dangerous. These include asthma, diabetes, chronic heart and lung conditions, kidney failure, or a weakened immune system.
- Anyone who lives with or cares for children less than 6 months old
- Health care workers who have direct contact with patients and cannot receive vaccine through their employers.
- NOTE: Weekend clinics cannot vaccinate children under 4.

| * Students under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Those under 18 must bring a signed parental consent/screening form (available at each location or on nyc.gov/flu). |

| If you are not part of any of these groups, you can get the H1N1 vaccine at other locations in your area. Choose "Health Centers" to find locations near you. |
