Some of the violations presented here may not be final. Child care programs are entitled to a hearing to challenge certain citations issued by the Department. Adjudicated violations may result in a dismissal of the cited violation.
Written safety plan is available with established policies and procedures for safe operation including fire safety health care plan corrective action plans staff training and emergency evacuation plan. Plan reviewed annually and updated as needed.
