The New York City Pesticide Use Reporting System (NYCPURS) is a web-based tool that records and reports pesticide applications.
NYCPURS is designed to track pesticide use on New York City owned and leased property in accordance with Local Law 37 of 2005.
NYCPURS can be used by any pest control professionals licensed by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
(DEC), whether in New York City, and whether for pesticide use on public or privately owned property.
NYCPURS also enables New York City agencies to comply with all requirements of the city's Local Law 37 and the state DEC
pesticide reporting law by enabling them to track all pesticide use by their employees and contractors.
How to Register for NYCPURS
If you are a state licensed pesticide applicator or business, you can register by clicking on "New Registration". If you are the representative of a city agency, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your organization.
